1.Conduct the Public Hearing.
2.Adoption of a resolution approving the Engineer’s Annual Levy Report and ordering the levy and collection of assessments.
3.Approve the Agreements for Collection of Special Taxes, fees, and assessments for the District and City for FY 24/25.
Total proposed assessment for Fiscal Year
24/25 is 40,391.79
