To Whom It May Concern;
We hereby request the dispatch of apprentice concrete pump operators (Operating
Engineers), on the before mentioned job. In accordance with the Dept.of Industrial
Relations,Division of Apprenticeship Standards exemption letter dated 4/3/03,this
would only occur when a minimum of one apprentice would be required for every five
journeymen on any given day.
We are called out on an"as needed"basis and will contact your office for dispatch of
apprentices as job progresses, and if and when the above situation occurs.
We are given no time frames as to length ofjob, and would have no idea how many times
we may be needed at this particular job site.
