CONTRACT.
Our agreement consists on the replacement of the existing air
conditioner unit number 3 to the Child Care Center Services, located at
22400 Barton Road in Grand Terrace, Ca.
The type of work involved is the removal and disposal of the existing
package rooftop unit with a crane service company, since the
equipment been replaced is on top of the roof. We are to reconnect the
new unit to the existing sheet metal plenums, electrical, drain, low
voltage and seal all exposed ducting attached.
The size of the existing unit been replaced is a 5 Ton capacity, 230 volts,
single phase. We are to install a 5 Ton capacity, 230 volts, single phase
unit, 13 SEER rating, with 410A refrigerant, TEMPSTAR/ CARRIER
manufacturer. This is an exact replacement, which is a gas heating and
electric air conditioner. Warranties for this new unit are 5 years on
parts and compressor with 1 year on labor.
We are also to conduct a HERS Rating air test to this new unit. This is
done through an independent contractor besides our company. The
cost of the testing is included in our quote, but if the results from this
test require additional repairs to the existing air ducts for this system,
we will have to charge an additional fee in order for the test to pass and
complete any repairs needed.

The total quoted price for the HVAC replacement is $ 4,950.00 The
scheduled day to start and complete the installation is February 22nd
2012.
The crane service will be set for 9 AM that day, and it will take 1 hour to
change out the roof unit. To complete the work, we will be on site until
4 PM or sooner, depending on the work scheduled. We will also be
working in the attic space below the air conditioner unit been replaced.
Terms are payment in full upon completion of the work performed.
