Facility Use Agreement adopted in 1994; updated
in 2002, 2012, and most recently on Nov. 12, 2024.
Focus: Clarifying responsibilities and improving
facility operations
Supports efficiency for a 5-person Public Works
team.
Fee Changes
•Setup Fee: $50
•Breakdown Fee: $50
•Waived if the applicant restores the layout to City standards
•Deducted from deposit if not restored properly
•Lighting Fees: Now due at the time of registration, not after field use
