2 Planning Commissioners own property within 500 feet of the rezone
Vote and Discussion split into two parts, with each commissioner voting only on the recommendation that does not affect their property
No comments or questions by the PC during presentation or public comment
Each affected commissioner will recuse themselves when it is time to discuss and vote on half the rezone area
