Recommendations
1.Adopt Resolution certifying delinquent refuse and
sewer charges for placement on the FY 2026-27
property tax roll.
2.Approve County Agreement for collection of City
special taxes, fees, and assessments (2026-2031).
3.Approve County Agreement for collection of Grand
Terrace Sewer District special taxes, fees, and
assessments (2026-2031).
