2009-41 � RESOLLTION No. 2009-41 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION UNDER THE SANBAG LOCAL STIMULUS PROGRAM. WHEREAS, on September 2, 2009 the SANBAG Board of Directors approved the Local Stimulus Program, and WHEREAS, local agencies have been inv ted to submit projects for funding under such programs,and WHEREAS,the City of Grand Terrace desires to participate in the Local Stimulus Program and has developed a list of projects to be submitted for funding consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace, State of California, hereby approves the attached projects to be submitted by the City for consideration by SANBAG under the Local Stimulus Program, a copy of which is attached to this resolution. Originally the funds for this Program were to be made available in two installments. The Program has been changed to make all funds available in one installment. Agencies may now begin submitting projects to SANBAG for the Local Stimulus Program. Attached as "Attachment B" is the form to be used to submit projects to SANBAG.
