1979-02 RESOLUTION NO. 79-2
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAND TERRACE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
THE CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, EARL WARREN, Governor of the State of California,
on the 15th day of November , 1950 , executed the California
Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf
of the State of California and all its Departments and Agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace does, by resolution, hereby approve and agree to abide by
said California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid
Agreement; and the Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and
directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
California Emergency Council for filing with said Council.
ADOPTED and approved this 18th day of January, 1979 .
