1981-29 RESOLUTION NO. 81-29
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING BAIL
AMOUNTS FOR PARKING CITATIONS PURSUANT TO ORDI-
NANCE NO. 48
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1980, by action of the San Bernardino
County Board of Supervisors, the Colton Justice Court, serving the City
of Grand Terrace, was merged into the San Bernardino County Municipal
Court; and
WHEREAS, the Colton Justice Court had been authorized to collect
bail resulting from the issuance of parking citations; and
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Municipal Court has agreed
to- collect parking citation bail in only those instances of noncompliance
or protest; and
WHEREAS,. the City has been deemed the collecting authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND .DETERMINE the parking citation bail schedule to
be as indicated on Exhibit "A." attached hereto and incorporated herein.
ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1981 .
