1982-48 RESOLUTION NO. 82-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 82-02 AND ESTABLISHING BAIL AMOUNTS FOR PARK-
ING- CITATIONS-PURSUANT-TO-ORDINANCE-NO: -48.
WHEREAS, on September 30, 1980, by action of the San Bernardino County
Board of Supervisors, the Colton Justice Court, serving the City of Grand
Terrace, was merged into the San Bernardino County Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the Colton Justice Court had been authorized to collect bail
. resulting from the issuance of parking citations; and
WHEREAS, the City has been deemed the collecting authority; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 63 prohibiting
parking for the purpose of street sweeping and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has found cause to amend the fines for
Ordinance No. 61 prohibiting storage of vehicles on residential streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Grand Terrace DOES
HEREBY RESOLVES AND DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 82-02 is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. That the parking citation bail schedule is to be as
indicated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
