1983-44 RESOLUTION NO. 83-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TIME FOR
PAYMENT OF BAIL AMOUNTS FOR PARKING CITATIONS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-42 of the City Council of the City of Grand
Terrace provides bail amounts for parking citations and provides for an
increased amount for those which are delinquent in payment; and
WHEREAS, the time for. payment of said bail has in the past been 10
days from the date of issuance of said citations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that this time period should
be extended to 30 days from the current 10 days;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the time period in which bail must be posted or a
request to appear in court must be made is extended from 10 days to 30 days
from the date of issuance of said citation.
ADOPTED this 11th day of August, 1983.
