2003-02 RESOLUTION NO. 03-02 1 - RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, TERRACE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA MODIFYING THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.99-01,SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW NO. 99-06 AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW NO. 99-06 AS REQUESTED UNDER CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 99-01A23 WHEREAS, the applicant, Thatcher Engineering & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Swertfeger's Equipment, have applied for the modification of the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit Case No. 99-01, Site and Architectural Review No. 99-06 and Environmental Review Case No. 99-06 to complete various improvements required by the original approval including those of Phase 1, 2 and 3 for an additional period of time; and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on February 20, 2003; and WHEREAS,the findings that were made by the Planning Commission regarding the original approval on January 18, 2001 still apply; and WHEREAS, under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Article 11, Section 15164,this approval qualifies as an addendum to the original Negative Declaration in that the modifications to this project do not affect the status of the Negative Declaration for the original project in that the finding that there is no substantial evidence that the project, as modified, will have a significant impact on the environment still applies; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING.COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That all conditions and requirements of the original approval by the Planning Commission on January 18, 2001 for Conditional Use Permit No. 99-01, SA-99-05 and E-99-01 shall remain in full force and effect except as modified herein. 2. Grading of the site must be completed prior to any paving of the site. 3. That the Business Plan required by the Hazardous Materials Division of the County Fire Department be updated and kept current as required by that agency. 4. The following Implementation Table and Deadlines shall be complied with: 1 ACTION I DEADLINE A. Install the Phase I paved access drive and parking area Said Phase I paving of the with landscaping as soon as possible but no later than the access drive and parking to be indicated deadline.
