1991-02 - RESOLUTION NO. 91 -0 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TTM-90-06 TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE WHEREAS, the applicant, Potomac West has applied for approval of a tentative tract map, consolidating two parcels into a one lot subdivision of 1.13 acres approximately 49,223 square feet (Exhibit A); and WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt under Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act. WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on February 21, 1991; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, State of California, that the following findings have been made: 1. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed type of development. 2. That the site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. 3. That the design of the subdivision and the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. 4. That the design of the subdivision or type of proposed improvements are not likely to cause serious public health problems or cause threat to life and property from a wildland conflagration. 5. That the proposed subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvements are consistent with the General Plan and the Barton Road Specific Plan. 6. y That the proposed subdivision, its design, density and type of development and improvements conform to the conditions imposed by the regulations of the Development Code, and the regulations of the City of Grand Terrace. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, California, that TTM-90-06 (Exhibit A) is hereby recommended to the City Council for approval subject to the following conditions: 1. The subject property shall be annexed to the City's existing Lighting and Landscaping District. 2. All recommendations listed in the City Engineer's memorandum to the City -dated December 7, 1990 (Exhibit B) shall be complied with; and 3. All recommendations listed in the County of San Bernardino, Office of Special Districts'memorandum to the City dated December 3, 1990, (Exhibit C) shall be.complied with; and PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, California, at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of February, 1991.
