Sawyer Community Development Director City of Grand Terrace 22795 Barton Road Grand Terrace, CA 92324 . Dear Mr. Sawyer: SA-91-05, CUP-91-03 (Freeway Sian) Upon further review of this project and consultations with our Outdoor Advertising Branch, it is our conclusion that SA-91-05-, CUP-91-03 does not require an outdoor advertising permit from Caltrans. This decision is based' on -the fact that the sign is an on-premise, non-message board type. Our- apologies for any confusion this may-' have caused.
