1984-03 ry RESOLUTION NO. PC-84- 03 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A. ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO A-1, LIMITED AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, AS OUTLINED ON EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO. WHEREAS, a public hearing has been noticed, held, and conducted in the time, form and manner provided for by law; and WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given the opportunity to be heard; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been prepared and completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. Recitals - That the above recitals are all true and correct. Section 2. Negative Declaration - That, with respect to said Negative Declaration, this Planning Commission does hereby find and determine: J (a) That a Notice of Preparation of a Negative Declaration has been given in the time, form and manner provided for by law; (b) That no comments have been received in opposition to the adoption of said Negative Declaration; (c) That no significant adverse effects on the environment have been identified as a result of this project; and (d) That said project (proposed Zone Change Ordinance) will not have a significant effect on the environment. Section 3. Approval of Negative Declaration - That this Planning Commission hereby approves and certifies that said Negative Declaration has been completed in compliance with CEQA and CEQA guidelines and that the information contained in said Negative Declaration was reviewed and considered prior to approval and recommendation of a. proposed Zone Change Ordinance. Section 4. Approval and Recommendations of Zone Change Ordinance - That this Planning Commission approves and recommends a zone change from R-1, Single Family Residential , to A-1, Limited Agricultural District, as outlined on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 5.
