RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-03 A RESOLUTION OF THE .PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CUP-87-2 ALLOWING A CABINET SHOP TO BE LOCATED AT 21800 BARTON ROAD; SUITE #110, PER SECTION 18.36.040,E OF 'THE GRAND TERRACE MUNICIPAL -CODE. WHEREAS, The applicants, Mr: Jesse Camacho and Mr. Jim Goode applied for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of' a cabinet shop within the M-R zone, located' at 21800 Barton Road; and WHEREAS, on. February 4, 1985, the Planning Commission approved CUP-84-11 permitting -the construction. of a business park facility for light industrial uses located at 21800 Barton Road -(A.P.N. #275-223-16); add WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved per •the California Environmental: Quality Act for. CUP-84-11; and WHEREAS, the proposed use is .a permitted use in the M-R zone per Section 18.36.040,6 of the Grand Terrace Municipal Code: .NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, California, that said Planning Commission finds that: 1. The proposed use will not be detr-imentai . to- the general. healt.h, --safety, morals, confort or'general welfare of the persons-residing -or working• with.in 'tne-neighborhood of the proposed use -or within the City: for reasons stated-.in the Staff Report dated .June 1; 1987 .for CUP=87-2; and 2. The proposed use will not. be injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood or within the City for reasons .stated in the Staff Report dated June 1, 1987 for CUP-87-2;• and_ 3.' The proposed .use i:s consistent with the latest adopte&General Plan for reasons stated in the Staff Report dated June 1, 1987 for CUP-87-2: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that CUP-87-2 is conditioned as follows: 1. .
