1987-06 RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-06 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CUP-87-5 ALLOWING A CABINET SHOP TO BE LOCATED AT 21800 BARTON ROAD, SUITE. #106 PER SECTION 18.36.040,E OF THE GRAND TERRACE MUNICIPAL CODE. WHEREAS, The applicants, Mr. Patrick Stambersky and Mr. Jim Goode applied for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a cabinet shop within the M-R zone, located at 21800 Barton Road; and WHEREAS, on February 4, 1985, the Planning Commission approved CUP-84-11 permitting the construction of a business park facility located at 21800 Barton Road (A.P.N. #275-223-16) ; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved per the California Environmental Quality Act for CUP-84-11; and WHEREAS, the proposed use is a permitted use in the M-R zone per Section 18.36.040,E of the Grand Terrace Municipal Code: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace, California, that said Planning Commission finds that: 1. The proposed use will not be detrimental to the general health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working within the neighborhood of the proposed use or within the City for reasons stated in the Staff Report dated June 1, 1987 for CUP-87-5; and 2. The proposed use will not be injurious to property or improvements in the neighborhood or within the City for reasons stated in the Staff Report dated June 1, 1987 for CUP-87-5; and 3. The proposed use is consistent with the latest adopted General Plan for reasons stated in the Staff Report dated June 1, 1987 for CUP-87-5: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that CUP-87-5 is conditioned as follows: All materials stored and work performed in relation to this use shall be restricted to within the enclosed floor area of suite #106.
