Vice Chair Tara Cesena convened the Regular Meeting of the Planning
Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board at 6:30 p.m.

Haide Aguirre, Assistant Planner gave the Power Point-presentation for this. item.
McConnell asked for clarification on the.project plans.

Keith F. Collins, Assistant City Attorney informed the Planning Commission that due to-
one of the Commissioner's owning a property in close proximity to another property that
is the subject of the staff report, that Commissioner.needed to recuse himself from the
item which left the Commission without a quorum. Therefore, the item would be
continued to the October 4, 2018 Planning Commission meeting.
