She provided a brief..: overview on the article published :in.the San :Bernardino Sun .entitled Planning.for San Bernardino County's future by improving the 10 and 15 freeways, written by Dennis Michael:, Mayor:, of Rancho Cucamonga. SANBAG was -studying. the use of HOV, carpool lanes, the possibility of adding two toll lanes, or leaving the freeway:as is. Riverside County would cost the City of Grand Terrace more due to the overtime it would incur for the:services- that the: City of.:San Bernardino would provide. _... .... ...... She requested that:the Council; receive quarterly reports on :these services,. _. Senior Code Enforcement Officer Owens staffed that the last report that she had read was that.the animal :rights organizations were:pleased:with;the: changes at the shelter.. and the adoption rate had significantly: increased.
