A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA,ADOPTING A BUDGET
OF ESTIMATED REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002

WHEREAS, local agency is required to adopt a budget for the subsequent fiscal year for
estimated revenues and expenditures; and
WHEREAS, every local governmental agency shall file with the county auditor of the
county in which the agency conducts its principal operations,a budget for the fiscal year then in
progress; and
WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff members have thoroughly reviewed and analyzed
the proposed budget in order to determine the needs of the City of Grand Terrace;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DECLARE,AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a budget for Fiscal Year 2001-2002,a copy of which is on file in the City
( Clerk's Office, is hereby adopted for the City of Grand Terrace with estimated revenues of
$4.827.437.use of available fund balance of$280,102,interfund transfers-in of$227.366,for a total
source of funds of$5,334,905 and total estimated expenditures of$5.163.008.interfund transfers-out
of$171,897 for a total use of funds of$5,334,905.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Resolution and
the adopted Fiscal Year 2001-2002 Budget to the Auditor-Controller of the County of San
Bernardino.
