proposed sewer rate increase. He stated that Terrace View Elementary School
is having a showing on May 16th and will be exhibiting outdoor murals that have
been drawn and painted by student artists. He expressed concern for the cost of
Law Enforcement and indicated that he has contacted four city police departments
for proposals. He indicated that Councilmember Hilkey cannot continue as the

Force because of other duties and appointed Councilmember Singley to assume
that position.

circulated called Grand Terrace City News, with interesting information.

considering an interim wastewater rate increase from $12 every month to $18.50
