Chairman Comstock convened the Meeting of the Planning Commission and Site and
�- Architectural Review Board at 7:34 p.m.

2. Findings of Conformance with Government Code Section 65402
The Chairman Comstock declared the Public Hearing opened at 7:33 p.m.
Planning Director Sandra Molina presented the staff report through a power-point
presentation.
Director Molina explained the City is selling its property to McDuffee. Which includes the
two (2) separate parcels for approval on mixed Zoning uses. The approval of tonight's .
meeting is basically to transfer the property but there will still be discussions regarding
the construction.
There were no written communications provided from the public on this item.
Commissioner Cesena asked. if the Animal Emergency. Clinic .located at 12022 La
Crosse Avenue will stay and would there be in lapse in-services.
Director Molina responded, yes and Dr. McDuffee will go into disposition fairly quick.
Commission Comments:
The Planning Commission has no further comments on this item as the presentation
provided by Director Molina was very thorough.
The Commission all agreed and approved the above item.
1) ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, DETERMINING GENERAL PLAN- CONFORMITY
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION ' 65402 FOR THE
PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF APPROXIMATELY TWO ACRES LOCATED
AT 22273 BARTON ROAD.
2) ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, .DETERMINING GENERAL PLAN CONFORMITY
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION_ 65402 FOR THE
PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF APPROXIMATELY 0.90 ACRES LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COMMERCE WAY AND.MICHIGAN STREET

3. Report on Code Compliance Activities for FY 2015-2016
Director Molina continued the Code Compliance Annual report and added the next
report would include more detailed information.

1. Zoning Code Amendment 16-03, an Ordinance Repealing and Replacing in Its Entirety
-Chapter,18.91 (Marijuana Regulations) of Title 18 of the Grand Terrace Municipal Code

Commissioner Cesena stated she was glad the Emergency Animal Hospital will stay in
town.

The Planning Commission.meeting adjourned to the next regular scheduled meeting of
the Site and Architectural Review Board/Planning Commission to be held on October 6,
2016.
