FEBRUARY 7, 1991
The regular meeting of the Grand Terrace Planning Commission was called to order at the
Grand Terrace Civic Center, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, California, on February
7, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Hawkinson.

Chairman Hawkinson stated that their only concern is that, regarding the CDS
Engineering project, they get an interpretation between now and the next
meeting.

The Community Development Director stated that the individual who has
given evidence that he now owns the property said that he would provide a
title report in approximately two weeks.
