02/07/1991GRAND TERRACE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 7, 1991 The regular meeting of the Grand Terrace Planning Commission was called to order at the Grand Terrace Civic Center, 22795 Barton Road, Grand Terrace, California, on February 7, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Hawkinson. PRESENT: Jerry Hawkinson, Chairman Stanley Hargrave, Commissioner Ray Munson, Commissioner Jim Sims, Commissioner Fran Van Gelder, Commissioner Ron Wright, Commissioner David R. Sawyer, Community Development Director Maria C. Commissioner Munson second. Motion carries. 3-0-1-3. Vice -Chairman Buchanan absent. Commissioners Sims, Van Gelder and Wright abstained. Commissioner Sims made a motion to continue TTM-90-06 to the February 21, 1991 Planning Commission Meeting. Commissioner Hargrave second. Motion carries. 6-0-1-0. AN APPLICATION FOR SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW OF A FAMILY ROOM ADDITION TO A SINGLE FAMILY HOME IN THE R1-7.2 DISTRICT MOTION PCM-91-27 SA-90-31 MOTION VOTE PCM-91-27 Chairman Hawkinson stated that it was recommended that this item be continued indefinitely. Commissioner Hargrave made a motion to continue SA-90-31 indefinitely. Commissioner Sims second. Motion carries. 6-0-1-0. Vice -Chairman Buchanan absent. Chairman Hawkinson stated that their only concern is that, regarding the CDS Engineering project, they get an interpretation between now and the next meeting. in W The Community Development Director stated that the individual who has given evidence that he now owns the property said that he would provide a title report in approximately two weeks.
