Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board for Friday, January 31, 2020.

Site and Architectural Review Board
Workplace Harassment Training for Supervisors and Local Agency Officials
This course provides participants with information and training related to quid pro quo
harassment and hostile environment harassment and is required every two years. This
course provides an overview of the Agency harassment policy, as well as relevant state
and federal laws government conduct in the workplace and retaliation.
Instructor Al Cobos from the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority provided
training and information on the following topics:
Quid Pro Quo Harassment
Hostile Environment Harassment
Lawful and Unlawful Conduct
Employer and Employee Liability
Obligation to Investigate and Take Appropriate Action in Response to
Harassment and Discrimination Claims
Supervisor's Obligation to Report
Prevention of Harassment Claims
Overview of Agency's Harassment Policy

Mayor Darcy McNaboe adjourned the Special Meeting of the City Council and Planning
Commission/Site and Architectural Review Board at 3:40 p.m. The Next Regular City
Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
