65 ORDINANCE NO. 65
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAND TERRACE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 57, CHAPTER 9, SECTIONS 9.010, 9.020, 9.040,
9.060, AND 9.070 (AMENDMENT 82-01)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Grand Terrace,
following a Public Hearing held in the time and manner described by law in
which all evidence was duly heard and considered, recommended the amendment of
Ordinance No. 57, Chapter 9, Sections 9.010. 9.020. 9.040 , 9.060, and 9.070;
and
WHEREAS, this amendment will have no environmental impact as provided
in the Negative Declaration;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 57, Chapter 9, is hereby amended in the
manner stated:
From "Town Center" to "Commercial Planned
Development" and Sections 9.010, 9.020, 9.040,
9.060, and 9.070 from "T-Cm district to "CPD"
district.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect at
12.01 a.m. on the 31st day after its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be posted in
three (3) public places designated for such purpose by the City Council .
Section 4. First read at a Regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 14th day of October, 1982, and finally adopted and
ordered posted at a Regular meeting of said City Council on the 28th day of
October, 1982.
