Minutes for January 4, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 6:12 P.M. by Chairperson Pauline
Grant. Those also present were Ann Petta, Masako Gifford, Frances
Carter, Shelly Rosenkild, Martha Monteon and City Clerk, Pat Jacquez
Nares. Martina Boentaran and Susan Robles were absent.
SECRETARY'S REPORT: The minutes for December 7, 2015 will be pre-
sented at our next meeting.
TREASURER'S REPORT: The budget shows a total balance of $849.09
and a petty cash of $386..55.
HISTORICAL REPORT: The Senior Citizens Complex are taking care of
the upkeep of the glass display case located in the City Hall lobby.
OLD BUSINESS: City's 37th. Birthday Pot luck Dinner.
The Senior Citizens Complex program presentation was very informa-
tive. A good number of people celebrated with a buffet dinner,
ending with cake for all to enjoy.

Masako's expense $47.80 for lasagna, paper plates and napkins from
220 account.
NEW BUSINESS: Calendar for 2016
Art Show - May 1st.
Country Fair - November 5th/tentative -date
Anniversary Dinner - December 14th/tentative date
Shelly will update the Art Show application.
The art boards need to be repainted; Shelly will .see if the Leos
can volunteer for the project.
