NEW BUSINESS: 37th Annual Country Fair - Saturday, November 3,2018
Mr. Duffey suggested the addition of 10 to 12 vendors from the Redlands Farmer's Market Night
Association and adding blue grass or country music for the event. The City would be dealing
with the Farmer's Market vendors and the music;,this would not interfere with the Committee's
activities.
The gated area leading to the maintenance yard would be used for the Farmer's Market vendors
and the committee would be held harmless from liabilities.
Advertisement will be improved. Shelly suggested that we might add a coupon in one of the
newspapers, one week before the event and possibly a scarecrow contest. We are considering
the use of hay bales for the event and the City will provide a cordless microphone.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. Next meeting: Monday,July 2,2018
