Minutes for February 5, 2018
The meeting was called to order at 6:09 p.m. by Chairperson Pauline Grant. Those also present were
Ann Petta, Masako Gifford, Frances Carter, Shelly Rosenkild, Martha Monteon, City Clerk, Debra L.
Thomas. Martina Boentaran was absent.
SECRETARY'S REPORT: The minutes forianuary 8, 2018 were read and approved, on a motion by Ann
and seconded by Shelly; all in favor.
TREASURER'S REPORT: The budget shows a balance of $168.71 and a petty cash of $876.57.
HISTORICAL REPORT: The Terrace Hills Middle School has been updating the display glass case in the
lobby of City Hall.
NEW BUSINESS: 34th Art Show
Sunday, May 6, 2018 - At City Hall/Community room - From 1 to 4 p.m.
Shelly will start making the posters and will e-mail to Debra, the poster to be aired on channel 3,
begining tuesday of next week. Shelly will update the Art Show application and the flyers and will see if
it is possible to add the event through the i-phone application, as community information.
Each member of the committe will prepare finger food for the event.
The local High Schools will be contacted to see if they would like to provide classical background music
and will submit music samples for the committee approval.
