Commissioner Cole asked what the wording on sign would be . Mr . Lambert
stated sign would read , " Grand Terrace Community Center" , " Grand Terrace
Lions Club" and also something highlighting the Bingo activity.
Chairman Erway asked if granting this Variance would create a problem
with setting prescience . Mrs . Farmer stated it is a Community building
on public land and it is not the same zoning as the other land nor is
the purpose to advertise a product but to notify the community of the
center , the Lions Club and of events , I would say we are not setting a
prescience .
